Why Light Leads exists
Light Leads started because I kept seeing service businesses doing great work and still struggling to grow.
Not because they weren't good at what they did. The work was excellent. But the systems weren't there - leads were coming in through texts, missed calls, emails, and word of mouth, and falling through the cracks somewhere along the way. Marketing was either non-existent or money spent without a clear plan. And everyone was too busy doing the job to fix any of it.
I built Light Leads to fix that. The idea was simple: give service business owners the same marketing systems, CRM software, and AI tools that bigger businesses use - without the complexity, the agency runaround, or the corporate pricing.

Everything is handled digitally. Your onboarding, your reporting, your conversations - all through video calls, shared documents, and the software we set up for you. If you've got an internet connection, we can work together.
